Inaugural Game is June 19th in
Jamestown, NY against the Jammers. Opening Day in Brooklyn is June 27th
against the Mahoning Valley Scrappers at 7:00pm!
The
Brooklyn Cyclones are Brooklyn’s first pro baseball team since the Dodgers left
for L.A. in 1956. They are the “A” affiliate of the New York Mets and play in
the New York-Penn League.

- Tickets
for the Cyclones are now on sale at Kings Plaza, the official site, and
via phone at (718) 449-8497. Tickets are going fast so go get them! Almost
half of them are already sold!
- Former ’86
Mets stars Bobby Ojeda and Howard “Hojo” Johnson have been name pitching
and hitting coaches, respectively.
- Open
tryouts for the Mets start on Friday, August 3rd at 9am. Strut
your skills and maybe you’ll play at Shea one day(or a new stadium). The
action is at KeySpan Park
